GENERAL INFORMATION Our Competitive Program includes Pre-team and Levels 1- 4 in the USAG program. Groups train as few as 4 hours per week to as many as 10 hour per week, depending on level.

Pre-team Pre-team is by coach invite only. Gymnasts that have passed Silver team and have completed the Pre-Team assessment should talk with their coaches about joining pre-team. The primary objective of the pre-team program is to provide your daughter with the necessary foundation to perform competitive gymnastics. Gymnasts train in the Spring to be ready to compete in Level 1 in the Fall. Ages: 5+ Class Length: 4 hours/ week Schedule: Tuesday 5:00-7:00 and Thursday 5:00-7:00 Sessions Offered / Fee Structure: monthly / $120 per month
Level 1 Level 1 is by coach invite only. Gymnasts that have passed Pre-Team should enroll in this class. Gymnasts train throughout the year and compete in the Fall. Skills include:
Vault: straight jump onto mat, kick to handstand, fall to flat back
Bars: pullover, cast back hip circle, straddle shoot off dismount
Beam: front support mount, candlestick / L-lay, arabesque, straight jump, knee to side handstand dismount
Ages: 5+ Class Length: 5 hours/ week Schedule: Tuesday 5:00-7:00 and Thursday 5:00-7:00 Sessions Offered / Fee Structure: monthly / $120 per month
Level 2 Level 2 is by coach invite only. Gymnasts that have passed Level 1 should enroll in this class. Gymnasts train throughout the year and compete in the Fall. Skills include:
Vault: jump handstand, fall to flat back
Bars: pullover, cast back hip circle, single leg cut, stride circle, cut back, cast, shoot off dismount
Beam: arabesque, straight jump,forward leg swing, backward leg swing, needle kick, pivot turn, side handstand dismount
Ages: 5+ Class Length: 5 hours/ week Schedule: Monday 4:30-7:30 and Thursday 4:30-7:30 Sessions Offered / Fee Structure: monthly / $140 per month
Level 3 Level 3 is by coach invite only. Gymnasts that have passed Level 2 should enroll in this class. Gymnasts train throughout the year and compete in the Fall. Skills include:
Vault: jump handstand, fall to flat back on stacked mats
Bars: glide swing to pullover or kip, front hip circle, shoot through, stride circle, , cut back, cast, back hip circle, underswing dismount
Beam: handstand, rond de jambe, arabesque, leap, straight jump, pivot turn, heel snap ½ turn, side handstand ¼ dismount
Floor: split to 90 degrees, straight jump, handstand bridge kickover, handstand forward roll with straight arms, chasses to 90 degree leap, backward pike roll, good leg split (180 degrees), ½ turn, round off back handspring
Level 4 Level 4 is by coach invite only. Gymnasts that have passed Level 3 should enroll in this class. Gymnasts train throughout the year and compete in the Fall. Skills include:
Vault: front handspring on vault table
Bars: kip, cast to horizontal, squat on, jump to high bar, kip, cast to horizontal, back hip circle, underswing, 2 tap swings, ½ turn dismount.
Beam: cartwheel,, rond de jambe, arabesque scale, leap 120 degrees, handstand hold 1 sec, pivot turn, split jump 120 degrees, straight jump, ½ turn, side handstand ¼ dismount
Floor: straddle jump with 120 degree split, ½ turn jump, outward ½ turn, front handspring, passe hop, straight arm back extension, good leg split (180 degrees), 120 degree sissone, chasse to 120 degree leap, kick hop, full, turn, roundoff back handspring back handspring
